NotePlaces is an easy to use “device based” type of location service App. Users can receive device notifications regarding Things-To-Do when passing by or upon reaching pinned places later. NotePlaces serves to forgive hectic schedules.

• App shows pin at current place on Map for user to add notes of interest.
• User can update, add notes, or set notifiers to places once pinned.
• NotePlaces is neither a navigator nor a trip planner.

NotePlaces uses device background location service to notify user. "Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life."
